From initial contact we met Dave who came out to talk us through what his company can do. Ours wasn’t a standard door and worktop change we has some extra tall cupboards made and appliances move around.Dave quoted there and then no messing and waiting around like other companies. No pressure was put on us and was left to discuss together before we made our decision.
We made a call back to Dave who came back out to measure up and tweak a few things where we had changed our minds on  after listening to his advice.
On fitting we had Ian who was absolutely great and worked tirelessly to give us the kitchen we wanted and we also tweaked our design again while the fitting was being done but again no problem was the answer.
On completion our tap was out of stock which was no fault of the company so again we changed our minds and had a instant boiler tap fitted which Dave & Andy came to fit which took even more work adding in an extra socket to power the tap and they did this at no cost. We showed our kitchen to some friends and they have also gone ahead with this company. Good company’s deserves good praise and this company is definitely one of them

From start to finish Dave and Andy have been amazing. Dave came out ,went through everything.  We met him again then again  at the office as I kept changing my mind on style and colour. He gave us some great ideas. He even measured up to have two bespoke cupboards made.
Thanks for your patience Dave and your humour.

Andy came out. He worked like a trojan. Always explained everything and his work is first class.. Andy thanks for your hard work and tidyness.Our kitchen looks like a show kitchen..it's absolutely lovely. You both are great. Thanks so much.  Our kitchen is combo green. It looks grey on photos. After researching customer reviews, good and bad, that several  kitchen makeover companies had received, I concluded that Kitchen Makeover Expert Ltd. staff were consistently rated highly professional and attentive to detail when installing makeovers. Accordingly, Company Director Andy viewed my kitchen and provided (no pressure) advice and costings regarding my makeover options which latterly included a new integral cooker, microwave and  fridge freezer. Long story short: I cannot thank enough, the fitter, Ian, who completed the entire kitchen makeover in a week. He  provided invaluable advice and was exceptionally tidy and attentive to detail as he progressed the work. Ian is a consummate professional and the completed makeover is a joy to behold! We have just had our kitchen makeover done in 2 days! We are blown away by the beautiful work and the transformation. Ian was the nicest person you could wish to do work for you. He worked so hard and left everything clean and tidy. His standard of workmanship is second to none!
I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to any of my friends or family. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do, but for us it exceeded all our expectations! The kitchen now looks like a brand new kitchen, and even seems bigger than before.

Dave visited us and discussed everything we wanted, no pressure for any extras. He gave us the price and we were happy to accept that. Andy spoke to us about the installation date and we were happy with that. Garry turned up on time on the due date and worked 2 full days to deliver a stunning makeover of our kitchen. The quality of the kitchen doors etc and Garry's meticulous attention to detail left us in doubt that we had got exceptional value for money. I had some new wardrobe doors and draws, which I was really pleased with , so decided to have some new kitchen counter tops, the quartz tops are fabulous. We wanted to renovate our kitchen as we badly needed new appliances & wanted to brighten it whilst keeping our original oak doors & drawer fronts. Having read other people's reviews of the Company, we decided to contact them.

David arrived promptly & was very courteous. He was also a wealth of information.  With his expert guidance we decided to proceed. David gave us a quote immediately, to which he adhered.

Ash, the fitter also arrived promptly & was very polite & respectful of our home. He was highly skilled & his work rate was phenominal! Nothing was too much trouble for him & he left us with no mess whatsoever.

We have recently had a fabulous big kitchen makeover including utility area.

Andy and Dave were very approachable from the get go, they came over to give us a quote and spent a lot of time with us going over all the different options for doors, colours, worktops, appliances. They were very patient, and there were no pushy sales pitches and they didn't chase us to make a decision at all.
As you would imagine we got quotes from other companies but we couldn't find anyone that matched the service and value for money that Kitchen Makeover experts offered.

We had a few tricky obstacles for Andy such as designing a new feature breakfast bar, replacement pantry and storage around our boiler, but none of this was a problem and Andy came up with some effective design solutions, which saved us money and allowed us to salvage our existing quartz worktop.

The job took 4.5 days and we couldn't have asked for a nicer team of fitters. Ash and Keenan were polite, tidy, methodical and nothing was too much trouble. They did an excellent job of the fit, their experience shows in the end result and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. There was even a follow up call to ask how everything had gone and to discuss any snags.
